Do you guarantee the lowest prices? TOP
Baby Street guarantees you the lowest price! Either online or in our retail store. We do our best every day to ensure that our prices are the most competitve and the best price you can find anywhere.
When comparing prices, please make sure you are checking the total purchase price which includes the price of the item, shipping method and cost, and any applicable taxes. Please note that we offer FREE SHIPPING for all purchases over $50.
Also, if you've already made a purchase from us and within 30 days of your purchase you find the same item elsewhere for less, we will refund you the difference. Items must be identical in size, color, style, etc.., must be currently in stock, include shipping charges and tax if applicable.
To protect our brand integrity and the brand integrity of our manufacturers, our guarantee excludes non-retail private sales and auction items. In order for us to price match, the item must be the exact brand, model and is in stock for purchase (out of stock or back-ordered items are not eligible).
What is your shipping policy? TOP
Baby Street currently only accept orders shipping within the USA.
All orders placed by 1:00 pm (PST) will be processed and shipped that same business day. Orders received after 1:00 pm (PST) will be processed and shipped the following business day.
If ordered products are not in stock we will contact you immediately via email to let you know the status of your order and it's expected ship date.
All orders over $50 ship free via standard ground shipping within the continental US unless otherwise noted. Shipping rates are as follows:
Total purchase up to $25 = $2.95
Total purchase up to $50 = $4.95
If you require expedited shipping, please contact us via email at info@babystreetonline.com or call us at (415) 564-4008 and we will work with you to accommodate your needs. Please note, we reserve the right to substitute a different shipping carrier with an equal or quicker delivery time frame.
What is your return policy? TOP
Buying a baby product is an important purchase. Your satisfaction is important to us, if you have a concern with your product, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase at info@babystreetonline.com or by phone at (415) 564-4008.
Please provide us with your name, order number or shipping address, and a brief explanation and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA). The RA number is important to insure prompt credit to your account.
All item(s) returned must be in its original condition (including original box, packaging, and written materials such as warranty and instructions). Refunds will be for the full purchase amount less shipping charges.
Items received for exchange or return that are not complete, including all original packaging, tags, etc. or show signs of use will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is not in new, re-saleable condition. Please allow five (5) business days for your return/exchange to be processed from the day it is received.

Do you offer gift cards? TOP
We currently offer gifts cards in our retail store but do not offer gift cards online.
Gift cards can be purchased directly from our boutique located at 207 West Portal Ave, San Francisco, CA 94127 or order via phone (415) 564-4008.
I'm purchasing a gift, can you ship to the recipient's address? TOP
We will gladly ship your purchase to your special recipient. At check out, please indicate the recipient's address if different from the billing address.
We can also generate a gift invoice without indicating the purchase price. Please specify your request at the "Special Notes" section during check out. Please note, if the gift recipient decides to return/exchange the item, they will be issued a gift voucher number for redemption. Gift recipients will be issued a store credit.
Do you add sales tax on my purchase? TOP
Orders shipped to customers in California will be charged sales tax in the amount of 8.5%.
Why are some shoe sizes not in stock? TOP
We plan our inventory according to the market demand. In some cases, the size gap between two sizings of a brand is very small, so we opt for the next size. This is based on feedback from our customers. But we can always order the right size for you. Just send us an email at info@babystreetonline.com with your request
The item I want is out of stock. When will it be in stock? TOP
Because we have a physical boutique in San Francisco and we also conduct sales online, our inventory turnaround is quite rapid and unpredictable. However, we do try to restock our items as soon as it sells out.
If there is an item you like and would like to place an order, you can call us at (415) 564-4008 or email us at info@babystreetonline.comto find out the anticipated re-stock date. If we have not already placed a re-order we'll be happy to place a special order just for you.
I'm interested in a product from the brand you carry but I don't see it on your website. Can you place an order for me? TOP
YES. Today's shopper are Internet savvy and a lot of times you already know what you want but are trying to find the best price. If you find an item you like from a brand we carry, but we don't currently have it online, you can call us at (415) 564-4008 or email us at info@babystreetonline.com and we may be able to place a custom order just for you.
